    We focus on locations that are ideally suited for logistics and industrial operations. Efficient site layouts, strong transport access, and high usability are central to our approach. This creates the foundation for modern, high-performance industrial platforms.
  • Growth potential for future rental income
    We selectively invest in locations with strong potential for value appreciation and rental growth. Through active development, optimization, and professional asset management, we create attractive spaces for modern businesses. This generates long-term value for both users and investors.
  • Fast access to highways
    Direct access to highways and major transport routes is a key criterion for us. It enables short transport distances, reduces delivery times, and enhances the operational performance of our users. This results in locations with long-term, high attractiveness.
  • Minimum site size: 50,000 m²
